Low Tide BJJ Women's Open Mat

Join us at Low Tide BJJ Studio for a relaxed open mat of rounds, drills, catching up and meeting new folks. All clubs, affiliations and levels* are welcome! Gi and no-gi.

The studio has toilets but no changing rooms or showers so please come ready to train! There's a fridge to put food/drinks in and drinkable tap water available.

There are a couple of parking spaces outside gym but it is best to park in the Tesco car park across the road which is free for two hours.

*some level of prior BJJ experience required, this is not a taught class!
