Mark your calendars! Aug. 20th = Our 1st dance party of 2024It's been awhile! To regain our strength, for the first few classes, we will focus at least 30 minutes on seated movmements in (or holding on) to our chairs.

COST: FREE WILL Donations Only
*Suggested $3-5 per session to help cover monthly certification fees
No special clothing or shoes required (for safety: no sandals)
