Loving YOU! Self Love Masterclass is a transformational workshop designed to help people reconnect with themselves, build confidence, and develop lasting self-love practices for emotional, mental, and spiritual wellbeing.
The workshop blends kinesiology principles, mindset coaching, energy healing practices, and guided rituals to create a deeply healing and empowering experience.
The Event will help you to:
Understanding what self-love really means
Learning why self-love is not selfish
Guided self-love rituals and affirmations
How to create a self-love altar
Exploring essential oils and crystals for self-love
A self-love healing process
Making a self-love amulet and smudge stick to take home with you.
Relaxing sound bath experience

Your hosts:
Liane Cugley
Is the founder of Complete Kinesiology, where she provides complementary health and wellbeing services designed to support emotional, energetic, and personal transformation.
Liane is also a Self-Empowerment Coach, DNA Healer, Past Life Regressionist and a Hypnotherapist. These processes allow for a deeper healing on a different level and assist in the overall wellbeing of her clients, where she is able to remove patterns of behaviour that no longer serve them.
Liane is now using her knowledge of these modalities and mindset practices to bring healing and workshops to all over the world.
Lydia Wharrad
Lydia is the founder of Rooted Glow, a space devoted to helping people reconnect with themselves, nature and the quiet wisdom within. Through herbal traditions, ritual, and grounding practices, she creates gentle, but powerful experiences that support emotional wellbeing, self-connection and personal growth.
Lydias intention is to help people to return to themselves with more clarity, softness and strength.
Together they create a safe, nurturing space to fully allow yourself to sink into the power of self-love, completely and honestly. Moving you into a state of loving flow.
Please bring with you a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, anything that will make you comfortable and warm.
Optional: A self-love altar will be set up and if you feel inclined, please bring something small, that represents self love to you to place on the altar. Something you're happy to part with as we'll be offering it to guests to take home with them. It can be a ribbon, a picture, a flower etc.
