About this Event
In relationships, it’s easy to lose track of ourselves—whether by over-giving, shutting down, or trying to control what feels uncontrollable. Loving Without Losing Yourself introduces you to a new way forward, grounded in the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model, more commonly known as Parts Work. Over four sessions, you’ll discover how to recognize the parts of you that react in love, connect to the deeper feelings they protect, and anchor yourself in calm, compassionate Self-energy. You’ll leave with tools to stay grounded and connected to yourself while building intimacy with others.
Workshop 1: Noticing the Parts That Hijack Love
Identify the protectors that show up when love feels uncertain—perfectionist, people pleaser, inner critic, external judge.
Takeaway: “I can see my protective parts without letting them run the show.”

Workshop 3: Anchoring in Self-Energy

Each workshop can be attended on its own, while also building toward deeper clarity and connection when experienced as a series.
Light Refreshments will be provided but feel free to bring your own food.
