Hosted in a beautiful space in the west end, our practice will open with a heart-opening cacao circle (if desired). You will have the opportunity to find and speak your boundaries, practice energetic attunement and workshop empowered consent with joy and presence in a supported journey into a space of nourishing, platonic connection.
