LOVING AWARENESS

We invite you into a space emanating loving awareness — a day devoted to heart practice and resting as awareness.
We begin by marinating in loving awareness meditations guided by Stephan Pende, while sharing a cup of sacred cacao — a gentle ally for coming home to the heart, softening the inner walls, and allowing the body to feel safe enough to open.
Throughout the day, we will practice a simple and accessible method of meditating on the heart and awareness — a practice you can continue on your own.
At 16:00 we take a short break. From there, those who feel called are invited into a cacao ceremony with Kristina — a deeper heart journey where we gently become aware of our self-limitations and invite the support of something greater than our personal will to loosen what has been tight throughout the day / for a long time.
Not by pushing — but by allowing grace to do its work.
From this opening, something natural begins to extend outward: becoming a quiet pillar of support, allowing healing to move through us and into all hearts.
The cacao ceremony is optional, and others may join for this part of the day.
