Spaces are limited to 10 pairs total — we keep it intimate for depth and safety.

We’re Sandra, Ashina, Bodhi, David and Magnus and we make up a project called Community Lab. We are a group of bodyworkers, circlers, community explorers and authentic relaters who want to bring more truth, love and connection into the world.
We believe that relationships are a profound mirror for self discovery.
It seems to be that in my closest relationships all of my shadows show up and can often be overwhelming, confusing, disconnecting, exhausting (etc etc.) We wanted to create a container that supports this journey of relating with another.
Exploring tools for building intimacy in new ways, for navigating triggers/conflict together, and to have space & time to share and hear others in their challenges and joys of relating. A weekend of the village supporting the duos.
A 3-day deep dive for couples, close friends or anyone in a duo who wants to explore authentic, embodied relating together.

❓So what's this weekend about?
It’s about learning to be with what’s here, together (both in body and mind).
It’s about getting to know the dance between your layers of protection and your essence.
We don't presume to know the right way for you to move forward in your relationship.
We’re simply hoping to create a space where everything that's anyway on the surface can breath in the allowance to be expressed and felt.
And through that opening to what is we believe that more clarity and connection will arise.
Our approach is rooted in the understanding that our patterns of fear were shaped early on in relationship to another (mostly our parents)—and that the natural, gentle unwinding of these patterns therefore can happen in the same arena: through honest, attuned, and embodied experiences of connection.
That's what this weekend is about.
You’ll also become part of a wider field — a group culture rooted in honesty, respect, and resonance. Couples supporting couples. Nervous systems co-regulating. A microcosm of the world we want to live in.

OUR MAIN TOOLS
Our time together will be centered around two practices. Our first will be the relational meditation practice of circling, which supports us to reveal our inner, present moment experience and slow down to create a field of intimacy with those around us. Our second practice will come from the world of Zenthai Shiatsu, a thai and shiatsu, floor based bodywork practice that supports platonic and therapeutic intimacy and listening beyond the mind.
We will season the weekend with other exercises and tools that will compliment these two pillars, in order to create a nourishing and loving field of awareness that we will all rest in for the weekend.
For info on the practice of circling, you can watch this short documentary here → click here: https://www.thewhitestag.org/ayni1/circling-portal/circling-documentary-eps-1-g4zzj

YOU’LL LEAVE WITH
-Tools to communicate through triggers/conflict with honesty and care.
-Embodied practices for intimacy and co-regulation.
-Greater awareness of your personal patterns & triggers and needs.
-Possibly another duo(s) to stay connected with post-retreat.
-A follow-up call for integration and reflection.
-A renewed connection to self, others and community.
This space is for those ready to take off the mask, drop into their bodies, and meet each other in what’s real.
See you in the circle,

THE TEAM, ONE BY ONE
🐒 Bodhi
10 years of Thai Based Bodywork, 9 Years of Authentic Relating Practice and Circling, 24 years of Community Building and Community Living.
On the surface, Bodhi is a bodyworker, space holder, astrology practitioner, and circler. He loves being in connection with others and cultivate deep and intentional relational spaces. Underneath all of this, his soul calling is in community building and cultivating intentional communities and micro cultures. He has spent extensive time living in community, practicing in mystery schools, meditating in retreats and exploring what it means to co - create new culture that brings togetherness, collaboration and symbiosis with each other and the earth.
He loves practices that bring people together and has extensive studies in all forms of relating and communication. He is on a mission to co - create a post capitalist eco village and be part of an education team that shares the seeds of a new culture to the world.

🌀 David
2 years as a de-armouring practitioner, 2 years as an innovation facilitator in role of industrial design engineering. He stepped off the conventional path to explore the space between slowness and city life, somatics and systems—asking: how can we create true prosperity without infinite growth?
With a strong devotion to authentic relating and freedom in expression. His devotion to truthfulness in service of healing our childhood wounds is inspiring. He embodies a powerful capacity to hold space for any and all emotions and with this he creates free and liberated environments for people to truly be themselves. He is a shadow worker, a bodyworker, a community member and classically trained as an industrial design engineer.

🌊 Sandra
With 8 years of Psychology studies and 5 years exploring tantra—first personally, then also as a therapeutic path—Sandra brings an embodied and tender presence to her work. For the past 3 years, she’s been devoted to the authentic relational practice of Circling, and is currently training as a facilitator. Her path also includes Zen Thai Shiatsu, where the non-judgmental, deeply listening touch allows the body to open up to it’s own healing capacity.
Her grasp on the sacred common thread of tantra, circling and zen thai shiatsu is one and the same; openings to healing, trust—love cannot be forced, but rather emerge naturally as soon as we dare slow down and allow what’s truly alive in the moment to be felt and revealed.

🔥 Ashina
Ashina has had a profound life journey of healing.
From a young age, she’s had severe injuries and misalignments in her spine. This had her bed bound for over five years in her twenties. Her life has transformed from the experience of feeling imprisoned in her body into expansive awakenings as she walks through life today alive, strong and vibrant. Still on her journey of recovery, she now has capacity to share this knowledge both from her embodied experience but also from her training in body -& energy work, hypnotherapy, shamanism, tantric therapy and yoga.
Ashina is a strong community spirit traveling to communities and learning while networking and creating a path to a possible future community project. She is passionate about truthful relating and bringing communication practices into community in order to create sustainable platforms for co-creation.

🔮 Magnus
Magnus grew up in an intentional community and has spent most of his life near and around communities. In both spending years as a team lead at various festival centers and communities, or Serving and Sitting Vipassana Retreats, Magnus spends his life in service of the communities that he’s connected to. He has done deep studies of and teached Human Design for 13 years and given hundreds of sessions.
Magnus has spent considerable time exploring native culture and service in indigenous tribes in South America and has learned the deep reverence and humility that comes with living close to the land, and staying close to spirit. His depth in meditation and exploration into shamanism shows up in his reverence for life and respect for others. He has also completed a 3 month training in Zenthai Shiatsu.

THE COMMUNITY LAB TEAM
💃 A Peek at Us as Collective-
https://communitylab.life/
We're five humans who believe that the world gets more spacious and loving when there is room to be vulnerable, held, direct, raw and real with one another. Where dreaming is welcome, where they become reality through laughter, play and the dance of life. Or not at all.
We’re not here to fix anyone.
We’re not gurus.
We’re simply passionate about creating spaces where people can feel deeply, cry safely, play and be lovingly authentic.
We met through community projects, realised our paths align — and decided to create something from what we ourselves have found profoundly helpful in our own self-learnings and relationships.
So have begun the process of birthing The Community Lab, a two month village experiment and community incubator that will take time summer of 2026.
Along the birthing process, we are holding retreats and trainings together to share and deepen in the relational practices we love and use, and support our own collective cohesion.

In a wider vision, our wish is to create a culture of love-opening authenticity. This event is one important step on our beautiful journey.

Do you feel a resonance? Lets explore it together.
