NoCo Boss Babes is a come-as-you-are community for women and femmes of all gender identities who want real connection, encouragement, and room to grow. We believe in being yourself and showing up authentically, how you can and when you can. Supportive allies are welcome too.
I know networking can feel awkward, intimidating, expensive, and hard to fit into real life. That’s why there are no membership dues and no expectations to attend every time. This community exists to create welcoming spaces where relationships come first and growth happens naturally.
You do not need an elevator pitch. You do not need to be “put together.” You just need to show up as you are.
