The workshop will be conducted via Zoom from 9:00am until 12:00pm PDT for 3 consecutive days on Tuesday, April 29th through Thursday, May 1st.
Who is this for?
The workshop is ideal for leaders or practitioners of Product Marketing of every level, as well as any product or marketing leader wishing to improve the Product Marketing function in their organization. It's a focused three days of learning that shows how product marketing can be done well regardless of organizational structure.

This is a dynamic, interactive workshop where participants put into practice the four fundamentals of product marketing. Best practices, in-depth examples, and exercises are used throughout the course. Learnings include:
- The Four Fundamentals - Learn the Ambassador, Strategist, Storyteller, Evangelist mindset and how to apply it at your company. Discuss how your team can organize product marketing for success within the constraints of your organization.
- Strategist - Learn how to use the Product GTM Framework to map marketing activities to support business goals. Practice identifying key elements in market that shape strategy and tactics.
- Storyteller - What does it mean to craft effective messaging? Learn what makes messaging more clear and authentic. And how story elements all combine to position a company. Learn the One-Sheet Messaging Framework
- Agile Marketing - Learn what more adaptive marketing looks like, how to better align agile engineering and product teams with the marketing team with a launch scale. Discuss best in class examples to help inspire what your team does next.

Who is teaching?
LOVED is taught by SVPG partner Martina Lauchengco, author of LOVED: How to Rethink Marketing for Tech Products , an Amazon #1 Bestseller. Martina led both product and marketing organizations at Netscape and Microsoft when they pioneered and dominated the office productivity, browser and portal categories. In addition to SVPG, she now advises early-and mid-stage start-ups as an operating partner with Costanoa Venture Capital and is a Lecturer at UC Berkeley's School of Engineering where she designed the marketing curriculum for their Engineering Leadership Masters program.
