About this Event
A seasonal, small-group workshop focused on kombucha, gut health, and the slow art of fermentation. Love your gut this Valentines.
Hosted by a nutrition coach with over 25 years’ experience teaching food and nutrition, this February session is designed to support digestion, immunity, and gentle restoration after winter. You’ll learn how to make your own kombucha at home through a relaxed, hands-on process, with plenty of practical fermentation tips to build confidence and understanding.
A nourishing homemade lunch is provided, and everything you need to begin fermenting at home is included.
This isn’t a lecture or a demonstration - it’s a thoughtfully hosted experience grounded in wellness, seasonal living, and learning.
