A weekend retreat in the city @Kampusmcr hosted by Sabira of Sound Therapy with Sabira & Nicola of Wellness within.

This is the second weekend retreat in the city and its all about Love. Self love, community love, romance, pleasure, intimacy, and more. Join us for a weekend of nourishing heart opening practices. We have Yoga, Metta Bhavana Meditation, Cacao, Love letter writing workshop, Massage, Sound Bath & More.

Activities start from 11am Saturday till 5pm and again from 11 am on Sunday till 5pm.

Feel free to arrive from 10.30 pm for a herbal tea. Lunch will be a simple vegan gluten free meal. There will be a sweet treat in the afternoon. Cacao will also be served.

Weekend tickets will include a free Goodie Bag with some wellness essentials.

Day Tickets are available to purchase these do not include goodie bags.

All mats are provided by sustainable yoga mat brand Fable. https://www.fableyoga.com.

Feel free to bring your own if you prefer. We have blankets and cushions for the sound bath but you may want to bring some with you so that you can be extra comfortable.

There are a selection of shops restaurants and cafes near by. The nearest bathrooms are in the Kampus entrance or nearby restaurants.
