Love, Unfiltered is an intimate, communal dining experience celebrating connection in all its forms: romantic, platonic, chosen, and shared. Hosted on the rooftop at The Eden, the evening brings together thoughtfully curated dishes by Chef Gabi Chappel, guided wine tastings, and sweeping coastal views from the Santa Monica Pier to Malibu and beyond.
Guests will gather around the table for a multi course menu rooted in seasonality and balance, designed to be enjoyed slowly alongside good conversation, shared laughter, and great company. The atmosphere is elevated yet relaxed, welcoming everyone exactly as they are.

About Chef Gabi
Chef Gabrielle “Gabi” Chappel is a Los Angeles–based seasonal chef and educator focused on approachable, nourishing cooking rooted in what’s available year-round. A graduate of the Institute of Culinary Education’s Health Supportive Culinary Arts program, she works across culinary education, recipe development, catering, and private cheffing. Gabi is a familiar face on Epicurious’s 4 Levels and Pro vs. Novice, and was named the Season 3 winner of Next Level Chef. She continues her culinary journey on Bite’s upcoming series, Gabi’s Next Course.
