After tackling Shakespeare's comedies and tragedies, Love, Shakespeare will breathe new life into the Bard's least performed works: the Histories. Watch as seasoned Portland comedians attempt something audacious: a fully improvised Elizabethan history based on audience suggestions. Each show will be an unpredictable mix of politics, intrigue, betrayal, and succession (all with the group's signature comedic bent). Follow a merry band of players – former buddies of the great Will himself – as they unravel one of Shakespeare's “unfinished” historical gems.
