Through guided heart meditation, embodied exploration of Sufi poetry, and the gentle power of sacred song, the words of Rumi and Hafiz come aliveβnot as texts, but as direct experience moving through body and breath. We will sing, speak, feel, and remember together, dissolving the sense of separation into a shared pulse of one heart, one love.
