Join us for a unique evening of Cacao & Yin Yoga with Michelle Roy on 2/8/25 from 6-8pm for an event rooting in self care, love from within, and community. This event combines a Cacao Ceremony with a restorative Yin Yoga practice and heart-centered meditation. Cacao, a sacred plant medicine, supports emotional and physical connection by gently opening the heart, promoting relaxation, and enhancing well-being. Yin Yoga, using props like blocks and blankets, invites deep release in muscles, tendons, and joints, calming the body and nervous system. The synergy of Cacao and Yin fosters embodiment, helping you connect to your physical, emotional, and energetic self.Please bring water, a journal, and a blanket. Let us know of any allergies. Tickets are $55 per person and space is limited
