Most people come alone, & the program is designed to help everyone feel comfortable, meet many people & connect in meaningful ways. No experience with dancing, singing or similar gatherings is needed. You are free to dance, connect or simply observe & join in your own way.

Meeting point: under the big tree at Brevik Beach (If raining, the picnic will be under tarps & roofs at the property). When arriving, kindly check in with the registration person. People gather to relax, swim, share some food & connect.
We will celebrate the 𝗕𝗜𝗥𝗧𝗛𝗗𝗔𝗬𝗦 for the guests who have birthdays on this day, or on the week before/after. Let's sing for them & give them massive love! Around 12:55 we walk together up to the garden where the official program begins (2 minutes walk).

Welcoming circle with live music and singing easy chants from the heart, followed by an introduction to the journey of the day.

Philip guides participants to meet new people every three minutes through playful and inspiring questions that help conversations move beyond small talk into authentic connection. This simple yet powerful format helps people quickly feel more relaxed, open and genuinely connected, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for the rest of the gathering.

Many participants appreciate the rare kind of consciousness guidance offered by Karina & Philip, which points directly to the recognition of our essence as Loving Aware Presence.
To help embody the recognition that you are Love, the guidance flows while sitting, lying down, through eye gazing, respectful hugs and musical movement explorations.

The dance journey is supported by carefully crafted playlists prepared by Karina, drawing from many years of exploring how music can guide emotional and energetic transformation in a group space. The musical flow moves through different atmospheres and rhythms, inviting free movement, expression and exploration. Empowering lyrics about universal love & heartfelt tunes help us heal, grow, and thrive! Both conventional & unconventional tracks are used.
During parts of the dance Philip joins with live drumming, and participants who bring percussion instruments are welcome to join. The music is not too loud in order to protect everyone's hearing, to be within legal limits & to allow for pleasant conversations.

The event provides more than enough natural high & we wish to inspire everyone to access their hearts & joyful mind directly without relying on “walking sticks.” 🙂

Many participants say that the presence of the facilitators is one of the things that gives Love Party its unique atmosphere of safety, authenticity & connection. If you're curious about the people holding the space, here is a bit about them.
✨ 𝗞𝗔𝗥𝗜𝗡𝗔 𝗛𝗢𝗘𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗦
Karina has been working in the field of human potential since the 1990s. She holds a degree in psychology & has extensive training in holistic therapeutic work, sexology & embodiment practices. Her work also draws from decades of experience as a meditation teacher, doula, dance teacher & performer, as well as facilitating transformational spaces.
Karina has trained deeply in contemplative traditions, including eight years of instructor training in the Direct Path of Self-Realization within the Dzogchen (a tantric lineage), which she has been teaching since 2008. She also offers coaching and mentoring for coaches and therapists, as well as circles for women.
But beyond roles and titles, what many people feel most strongly in her presence is the unique quality she brings into the space:
She embodies calm clarity that cuts through illusion without aggression.
She is both softness and precision.
Entertainer and depth-holder.
Heart and fire.
✨ 𝗣𝗛𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗣 𝗗𝗢𝗡𝗦
Philip has many years of experience facilitating meditation, consciousness exploration and heart-centered gatherings, as well as leadership and self-management trainings for youth and adults since 2015.
His work integrates awareness practices, identity development, group dynamics and principles from neurophysiology to support deep personal and relational transformation.
He is a Certified Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and has been working professionally as a life coach since 2014 and as a career coach since 2015. He also facilitates men’s circles focused on authenticity, emotional maturity and conscious masculinity.
Alongside his coaching and facilitation work, Philip is a professional drummer and percussionist, and has played in various Kirtan concerts and Heartsong circles, bringing music as a living element into transformational spaces.
His personal journey from survival mode and self-judgment into embodied presence gives authenticity and relatability to his facilitation. He combines clarity, grounded leadership and vulnerability in a way that creates safety for deep transformation.
He brings grounded masculinity without dominance.

Together since 2018, Karina & Philip work as self-mastery and happiness coaches with groups & private sessions. Their work includes satsangs, awakening ceremonies to love-consciousness without psychoactive plants, and guidance in areas such as healthy habits, leadership coaching, empowered and tantric sexuality, relationship harmonization and couples sessions. They also offer trauma healing support, addiction recovery guidance, personalized meditation practices & conflict mediation.

Part of the essence of what they contribute is to serve as a living mirror for participants. In their presence, people are gently reflected back to the recognition of their own nature as loving aware presence. Karina and Philip facilitate from a place where this recognition has been deeply integrated and refined in their own lives — shaping how they live, feel, think and relate to others. From this embodied space, participants are invited to rediscover the same clarity, openness and love within themselves.

If the hosts need to cancel the event, you will be refunded.
Since we depend on the deposits to plan the sustainability of the event in a place with limited space, if you need to cancel after paying:
• 7 days or more before the event: refund of half the amount
• Less than 7 days before the event: no refunds, except if there is a heavy storm all day and we cannot fit everyone in the covered areas
• In either case you may sell your ticket

You can exchange help for participation 🌿 Become part of the team and support the event from the inside. As a volunteer, you’ll contribute to creating a safe, welcoming and flowing space—while also being part of the experience itself. The volunteer ticket is 200 kr, which will be fully refunded the day after the event once your tasks are completed. The contribution is 2.5 hours, with most tasks happening before and after the event, so you can still enjoy the core experience.

Check availability — You can set up your tent at our garden after the event for a small reservation fee of Kr. 100, or rent a bed in a neighbor house with view to the sea (or the whole house - prices vary). This option is mainly for people coming from far away.
People who stay in tents can socialize after the party in the garden or at the beach (silence after 22:00). There is an outdoor shower, and you can use the toilet at the beach.
