This program series was created to strengthen emotional well-being, family relationships and community connection for youth and caregivers.About this Event
Our groups will create space for shared storytelling, skill-building and intergenerational healing, grounded in the belief that transformation happens in relationships, within families and in community.
Expected Outcomes:
- Increased coping skills and access to mental health support for youth and caregivers
- Stronger caregiver - youth relationships and intergenerational trust
- Reduced isolation and stigma related to parental incarceration
- Development of long-term peer and community support networks
- Greater inclusion of youth and caregiver perspectives in community-driven solutions
