A 4-week heels series devoted to self-love, embodiment, and rebuilding a kinder relationship with your body.
About this Event

🍯 Drip into your power.

Love Letter is my upcoming 4-week beginner-friendly heels series designed as an invitation to soften, listen, and reconnect to your body through movement and presence. This series centers self-love, internal awareness, and the relationship you hold with yourself, rather than how you are seen by others.

As we step into the Valentine’s season, we turn inward — away from performance and expectation, and toward care, curiosity, and appreciation for the body that carries you.

If you’ve been craving a space to move with intention, rebuild trust with your body, and experience sensuality as something personal and grounding, I invite you to join us for this 4-week series devoted to embodiment and self-connection.

Over these 4 weeks, we’ll explore sensual choreography, grounded technique, and the artistry of heels as a tool for self-expression — not for display, but for feeling. Each week builds on the last, guiding you deeper into body awareness, confidence, and a more compassionate internal dialogue.

To close the series, we’ll offer an (optional) professionally filmed solo video to honour your journey and progress — a keepsake that reflects your growth, presence, and relationship with your body.

Whether you’re brand new to heels or seeking a gentler, more intentional way to move, Love Letter invites you to slow down, tune in, and move in a supportive, body-affirming community of women.
