From everyday gestures to lifelong bonds, Love Language invites you to experience love as something lived, shared and felt.Love Language is our 7th annual International Womxn’s Day group exhibition and a collective thank you to the people who raised us, cared for us and stood beside us. Mothers, siblings, aunties, elders, chosen family, friends and community. It’s a moment to pause and honour the love that moves through our lives. The love we give, the love we receive and the love that stays with us.
Rather than defining love, this exhibition explores how it shows up in real and quiet ways. Through care, presence, memory, routine, touch and time. Love found in shared meals, inherited habits, laughter, protection and patience. While the exhibition centres warmth and appreciation, it also makes space for complexity. Love can be layered, imperfect and shaped by lived experience, gender and power.
Set across six stunning gallery spaces and a beautiful open courtyard, this event brings:
▹30+ artists showcasing diverse works (All Weekend)
▹Live performances and DJs (Saturday)
▹10+ market stalls (Saturday)
▹Food (on Saturday) and bar available (All Weekend)
