A Global Act of Love, Freedom, and Human Expression
About this Event

LOVE IS YOU is a human rights activation that turns the queer dance floor into a living expression of love and freedom. Through music, movement, immersive design, and human connection, we gather for the freedom to live openly, believe freely, and love.
We invite you to come as a radical expression of yourself. Bold or soft. Loud or vulnerable. Dressed up, stripped down, or somewhere in between. Whatever feels true to you. We’re creating a space where people can come exactly as they are and feel the power of choosing love over fear.
WHY WE GATHER
The freedom to believe.
The freedom to choose.
The freedom to love.
Right now, people around the world are being told they have to hide parts of themselves just to be safe. Who they are. What they believe. Who they love. How they move through the world.
LGBTQ+ people are often among the first targets, but this reaches far beyond any one community. Every time fear is used to divide us, every time someone is made to feel less worthy of freedom, safety, or belonging, something sacred is lost for all of us.
On June 13, 2026, as Qatar arrives in the San Francisco Bay Area for the World Cup, we are gathering for a different vision of humanity.
Led in part by a Qatari-American physician and the only publicly out LGBTQ+ person from Qatar, LOVE IS YOU is rooted in the belief that love should never require permission, and being fully yourself should never be dangerous.
This is not about meeting hatred with more hatred. It is about refusing to let fear strip away what makes us human.
Because no government, ideology, or system should be allowed to erase a person’s humanity.
Come fully yourself.
Come be part of the love that lives within all of us and the freedom every person deserves.
LOVE IS YOU.
