About this Event
This sound bath is a heart-centered journey of reciprocation, appreciation, and deep rest.
Inspired by White Day’s symbolism of returning love and World Sleep Day’s call for restoration, participants are guided to release emotional tension, soften the heart, and surrender into nourishing stillness.
This is not only about romantic love — but returning love to the self, the body, and the nervous system.
Through Himalayan Singing bowls, gentle chimes, Ocean drum, Crytal Harp and grounding frequencies, you’ll be guided to:
