Welcome to Love Goes HYROX!
Sunday, April 12, the first heat will begin at 11am. You will be assigned a specific heat time and we can work with you on schedule, as needed.
Compete as an individual, 2-person team or 3-person relay - workouts to be announced!
This event is open to ALL athletes, ALL skill levels and no CrossFit experience required. Fun and fitness provided - prizes will be awarded to 1st Place Winners!
Spectators and Judges welcome!!
