An opportunity to come together to share our hearts and voices at the darkest point of the yearThis is essentially two events in one, and there are options to join either or both.
The first is a candlelit yogic meditation workshop, in which we share a deep contemplation of presence and the heart, with gentle posture, movement, breathwork and vocal toning, followed by a sound bath with crystsl bowls a a ritual of the Passing of the Light. Booking in advance for this first part is essential.
The second part, starting at 5pm (arriving from 4.45), will be devotional singing, accompanied by guitars, percussion and harmonium. We will share songs from various faith traditions, and donations will go to charity. All are welcome for this second part, including children, and booking in advance is optional, you can also donate at the event.
