Your loved one may be gone from the physical world, but love has a way of lingering.
This workshop is an opportunity to connect with that love through guided meditation and reflective journaling.
Together, we will explore the connection that may still exist with loved ones in spirit — and perhaps even more importantly — revisit the memories of them while allowing yourself to be immersed in the love they continue to inspire.
Whether you are curious, grieving, or simply open to the possibility of connection, you are warmly welcome in this space.
