Love & Lunch

Our groups will create space for shared storytelling, skill-building and intergenerational healing, grounded in the belief that transformation happens in relationships, within families and in community.

Expected Outcomes:

• Increased coping skills and access to mental health support for youth and caregivers
• Stronger caregiver - youth relationships and intergenerational trust
• Reduced isolation and stigma related to parental incarceration
• Development of long-term peer and community support networks
• Greater inclusion of youth and caregiver perspectives in community-driven solutions

Info: All attendees will be greeted and asked their name to confirm registration details. Consent forms will need to be completed during this time as well. Light refreshments will be available throughout the program.

Info: During each Lunch & Love session, we will invite a special guest facilitator to show youth and families a refreshing way to connect with self. The activities range from sound bath meditation to vision boards.

Info: Meals will be served by local chefs!

Info: Group discussion centered around self-care and community will be led by a 3D staff member.
