Love and Laughter is collaborating with Lotus Be Happy to bring you an evening of gentle connection, joyful movement, and deep relaxation as we continue our Spring Awakening jouney.
Come, move, breathe, and restore with us as we welcome the season of renewal.

Bring a yoga mat, wear comfy clothes, and come with an open heart.
Just a gathering of wonderful humans to come together for conversation, sound, yoga Nidra and food. This is a Potluck so please bring a dish to share.
This is a beautiful outdoor space with natural, uneven ground and areas covered in grass. We encourage you to dress comfortably for the weather.

Here, we come together in a conscious, supportive community to nurture connection and envision the world we want to build. When people feel safe and supported, kindness naturally flows, stress and anxiety are eased, and motivation and joy are restored.
