Shine Studio w/Sara K & Tri Resonance. Love takes many forms — the gentle love we offer ourselves, the warmth we share with others, and the quiet connection that lives in the spaces between.This February-friendly, not–Valentine-y experience is an invitation to slow down, soften, and reconnect with a sense of love as care, patience, and presence.
Through restorative yoga, gentle education, and live sound woven throughout the practice, we’ll explore how the heart, breath, and sound work together to support nervous system regulation, self-compassion, and authentic connection with others.
This is a choice-centered, trauma-informed space. Come exactly as you are.
Eyes open or closed. Stillness or subtle movement. Participation in all elements is always optional.
What to expect:
* A grounding self-love and compassion practice designed for this time of year
* Restorative yoga postures supported with props
* Gentle education woven in on how heart-centered awareness, breath, and sound support regulation and connection
* Live, gentle sound offered throughout the entire experience (not just at the end)
* Optional, consent-based Reiki presence
* A closing sound bath focused on heart and vagus nerve–supportive tones, allowing individual nervous systems to calm together through shared resonance and co-regulation
No prior yoga or sound experience needed. This is not about fixing, forcing, or feeling any particular way—just about being present, together.
