Dance and meditation are my teachers. I am constantly reminded that I am spirit wearing a body — and also that I am a completely, vulnerably human. Tired some days. Grief-stricken others. Joyous for no reason. No different, in my bones, from anyone else on this earth.Here is where practice begins and where it can get challenging. I can hold compassion for *we the people*, and in the same breath make a stranger of someone whose beliefs I cannot tolerate. I can love humanity in the abstract and otherize the person in front of me.
This weekend we bring questions to the body. We dance with them. We stay with them. We speak, we listen, we write words to share. Because love is not an arrival — it is a practice we return to, again and again.

Please choose the rate that genuinely reflects your financial situation and your ability to support others. There are no questions asked — your choice helps keep our shared practice sustainable and open to all.

Sustainer Rate – $450
Reflects the true cost of producing the workshop — venue, teaching, tech, and crew.
Community Generator Rate – $500
For dancers with financial abundance who wish to help sustain the Accessibility and Community Care rates.
Your generosity directly supports access for others.
Community Care Rate – $375
A reduced rate for those balancing financial responsibilities with a desire to participate.
Your presence matters — we’re glad you’re here.
Accessibility Rate – $300 (limited spaces)
For dancers with limited financial resources.
Offered with love to keep the practice open to all.
If this rate still presents a hardship, you’re welcome to reach out about additional financial aid or work-exchange opportunities.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change. The following policy outlines your options if you need to cancel your workshop registration.
A refund will be issued, minus a $75 administrative fee, for all cancellations made on or before May 7.
Within 7 days of the workshop (after May 7) No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within one week of the workshop start date, on the day of the workshop, or after the workshop has begun.
