LOTUS MANDALAS
The lotus is a sacred symbol of resilience, purity, and transformation. Rising from muddy waters to bloom with beauty, it reminds us—as Thich Nhat Hanh teaches—“No mud, no lotus.”
In this class, we’ll use dot-painting techniques to create a lotus-inspired mandala while reflecting on its deeper meaning: roots that symbolize strength through challenge, water as a symbol of renewal, and blossoms that represent awakening and infinite potential.
Whether you’re new to mandalas or continuing your journey, this class offers a peaceful space to create, reflect, and grow—embracing the beauty that emerges from life’s challenges.
