Join us at Temple Israel for a special gallery talk with photographer + curator Gary Samson on Sunday, Sept 14 at 1pm as he celebrates the legacy of legendary portrait photographer Lotte Jacobi.
Samson first met Jacobi in 1976 as a young photographer and worked closely with Jacobi to preserve her extensive archive, which she donated to UNH. Samson curated Lotte Jacobi’s America: Images of Her Adopted Land, on view by appointment at Temple Israel through Oct 14.
