✦ information about different oils, hyaluronic acid, herbal ingredients, etc., to help you decide how you might want to customize your own lotion-making (e.g. for maximal moisturizing, helping alleviate an itchy rash, pain relief, etc.)
✦ review of herbal medicine that is useful for skincare - learn about the plants that are excellent for healing your skin
— You will take home: —
* Sample of the lotion we will make together during the workshop
* Handouts - including multiple recipes and detailed notes
Note: this workshop does not cover:
- skincare routines such as clay masks, exfoliation scrubs, etc.
- instructions about how to make other topical remedies such as
