About this Event
We’ve all lost something along the way.
Our voice.
Our softness.
Our boundaries.
Our confidence.
Our peace.
Sometimes… even ourselves.
But what happens when life keeps triggering us to pick up old versions of ourselves again?
LOST & FOUND is not just another women’s empowerment event. It is an intentional healing-centered experience designed to help women reflect on the emotional patterns, survival identities, and coping mechanisms they keep reclaiming — even after they’ve outgrown them.
This Sis Talks Bag Drops experience will guide participants through:
• Honest conversations that heal
• Guided reflection & journaling
• Emotional awareness & identity work
• Releasing survival patterns
• Reclaiming the woman you are becoming
Together, we will explore the difference between:
Who we had to become to survive…
and who we are becoming through healing.
This experience is for women who are tired of:
• Over-carrying everyone else
• Shrinking themselves to maintain relationships
• Returning to survival mode
• People pleasing
• Losing themselves while trying to save everyone else
Come as you are.
Leave lighter, clearer, and more reconnected to YOU.
Space is limited to create an intentional and intimate atmosphere for conversation and reflection.
Hosted by My Sister’s Back
