Moving slowly & mindfully with the breath ✨ I will guide you through a nourishing practice designed to improve strength, flexibility and balance ✨ and to leave you feeling calm, peaceful and confident ✨

🤍How much does it cost? £35 for a 4 week block; or £10 drop-in available. Payment by bacs transfer or cash on the night.
🤍How do I book a space? Please drop me a message via Facebook messenger.
🤍What do I need to bring? Please bring your own mat & any other yoga props that you prefer to use. Cosy socks & layers for relaxation are always a good idea too!
