Welcome to a NEW chair-based yoga class, every Tuesday in the lovely Marine Park Pavilion in Lossiemouth🩵 This shorter yoga class is best suited if you have mobility issues or other physical limitations, & would find the support of a chair helpful☺️
The yoga practice will be mainly done seated, but we will also stand & use the chair for support🪑
I will guide you through a well-rounded yoga class, incorporating gentle movement to improve strength, stability, flexibility, balance & confidence; with breathing techniques & time for silence to promote a sense of calm & peace🤍
✨ How do I book? Please drop me a message, or email: [email protected]
✨ How much does it cost? £5 per class; or a block of 4 consecutive classes £17.50. [note: the first block option will start on Tuesday 4th March]
✨ What do I need to bring? Please bring a yoga mat. Otherwise, just comfy clothes will do!
