Team Gage is having quarterly community run/walk events for the purpose of building community and having a great time getting out and moving with friends. This is a free run, that means NO CHARGE. So in other words it doesn't cost you a dollar, dime, or penny. IT'S FREE!!!!On Friday, November 28th, we will meet at Riverview Park at the entrance of the park at 11:30am and begin at noon. Don't worry, you won't be missing any Black Friday deals, you already have a large tv.
You can decide to run the full 5k around the park or less if you choose. You can also walk if you aren't a runner. Just come out and bring family, friends, or a hitchhiker. Ok, maybe not the hitchhiker but you get the idea.
Shirts will be available to order, order a size up if you think you will be absolutely killing the thanksgiving meal the day before. Hopefully you will be able to come out and run off all that stuffing.
