The group "Los Vega" has just arrived from Mexico for a tour in Europe. Don't miss their only concert in Brussels. An evening where tradition and living roots come together on stage. After the performance, the audience is invited to stay and take part in a fandango (traditional Mexican jam). Plus: on Saturday May 16th and Sunday May 17th, the group will give Son Jarocho workshops in music and dance. All musical instruments are welcome.
As we enter the magical territories of the peasant fandango, we evoke wonderful characters of great Jarocha lineage. Belonging to this lineage is Don Andrés Vega Delfín, legendary guitarist from Tlacotalpan, a lush tree rooted in Boca de San Miguel. His family has for over six generations recreated Son Jarocho in community fandangos and on stages worldwide. "Los Vega" — the new generation — refresh our ears with inherited mastery. For 20 years, they have dedicated themselves to the performance, dissemination, and promotion of this genre, achieving a balance between cultural roots, family heritage, musical quality, and stage experience. They have performed in Mexico, the UK, Spain, China, the US, and Canada.

Le groupe « Los Vega » vient tout juste d'arriver du Mexique pour une tournée en Europe. Ne manquez pas leur unique concert à Bruxelles. Une soirée où la tradition vivante monte sur scène. Après le concert, le public est invité à rester pour participer à un fandango (jam mexicain traditionnel). Depuis 20 ans, ils se consacrent à l'interprétation, la diffusion et la promotion de ce genre, trouvant un équilibre entre racines culturelles, héritage familial, qualité musicale et expérience scénique.
