This gathering offers a thoughtful space to pause, breathe, and come back into alignment—mentally, emotionally, and physically. Through breathwork, mindful movement, and structured journaling, we’ll create space to gently confront the truths we may have been avoiding and explore what it means to live with greater clarity and inner peace.
