From personalized training presentations to leading casualty drill scenarios, his contribution as the nuclear engineering training lead onboard the USS Carl Vinson directly lead to mission readiness over the course of multiple WESTPAC deployments. His experience taught him the value of empowering other sailors by bringing awareness to their strengths and personality.

By creating ShiftEQ, he continues to be in service as he specializes in supporting men and women in creating the most empowered, confident, and resilient versions of themselves.
