PLEASE JOIN TUNEFOOLERY MUSIC IN CELEBRATING OUR 30th ANNIVERSARY!
2024 marks the 30th year that Tunefoolery musicians have shared the healing power of
the arts with audiences who have limited access to live musical performances. From a
group of four musicians who met in 1994 at a drop-in center in Cambridge, MA for
individuals with psychiatric disabilities and played fifteen concerts for family and friends,
our musicians in mental health recovery have played 500+ gigs at hospitals, shelters,
nursing homes, memory units, and public open mics and events this year to date.
Tunefoolery Music is a Boston-based arts and human services nonprofit supported by
the Mass Cultural Council, MA Dept. of Mental Health and many generous donors from
across the globe and is over 60 member musicians strong. We are proud to be
member-led for the first time in our organization’s history and are honored to be the
Community Partner for the LSO’s December 2024 concert.
