This two-day Long Life Yoga Intensive will give you the tools to confidently and creatively incorporate proven longevity practices into your yoga practice, yoga classes and private sessions with students of all ages.
This intensive is designed for yoga students seeking a practice intensive and yoga teachers wishing to expand their teaching skills and marketability around the growing interest in longevity practices.
Syllabus:
The training will be divided into morning and afternoon sessions. Each morning will begin with a refreshingly creative Sustainable Yoga class emphasizing the 7 movement elements necessary for longevity.
Sustainable Yoga is about presence, stability, nimbleness, curiosity and nourishment. It is never goal-oriented or performative, and is available to everyone who wishes to engage. This makes it an ideal base for creating Long Life Yoga classes.
Along with alignment-based instructions to clarify position and intention, Cyndi will drop in mindfulness instructions to help you balance action and attention.
And, it will be fun!
Each afternoon will be focussed on certain aspects of Longevity work as well as engaging in some of its best practices:
