Total Party Slay is a live Dungeons & Dragons adventure drag show, bringing together queer creativity and nerdiness, produced by Lone Worlds with drag artists from Hey Mary. Each show is a new, stand-alone story with returning characters, big personalities, sing-alongs, and plenty of drama. Led by our Dungeon Master, Ivy Kelly, and players from a cast of chaotic and talented drag artists, those watching are guided through a night of immersive storytelling and camp fun.Every show is a different stand-alone story. Total Party Slay is about sharing a world built together – those watching will have a chance to influence the building of the world and dice rolls!
The format is D&D lite – it keeps the heart and humour of the game, just smoother and simpler than a regular home campaign. We keep to the rules, but there’s less math, and more space for performers to play and improvise. The result is always fun to watch, whether you’re a long-time player or completely new to D&D.
Each event is a queer-safe space first, run by and for the community. All proceeds go directly back into keeping the shows running and supporting the local LGBTQIA+ creative community. The money raised helps pay performers, cover production costs, and make sure the project can continue to grow.
