Join us for our annual Lone Star Trail Murph hosted by Saddle Up Promotions on April 11th. In this event, racers will complete a 1mile trail run followed by 100 pull ups, 200 push ups, 300 air squats and another 1mile trail run.Lone Star Trail Murph will be at the Northshore Trail in Flower Mound Tx. The first mile run will include sections of loop 5 while the second mile run will include a section of loop 1.
Divisions:
-Novice: 1mile Run + 100 ring row + 200 knee push ups + 300 air squats + 1mile Run
-Intermediate: 1mile Run + 100 pull ups + 200 push ups + 300 air squats + 1mile Run
-Elite (W 14lb vest, M 20lb vest): 1mile Run + 100 pull ups + 200 push ups + 300 air squats + 1mile Run
-5k Trail Run (Footrace only)
-10k Trail Run (Footrace only)
-5k Ruck (Women 20lb+ Men 30lb+)
