LoneStar Line Dancer FAQ’s
A little more information about this upcoming event **as pertaining to line dancing**, here’s a bit of a description, hope it’s helpful!! (We’ll update with more of the specific dances as we can!)
1. What can I expect as a line dancer at Lone Star?
Line Dance Workshops during the day, starting Friday morning! Line dance workshop every hour (pretty sure EVERY SINGLE HOUR)! Alongside again, there is a dedicated Line Dance Practice room this year & included in the workshop pass! So much fun!

ALSO – an Amazing Saturday night show, super quality! Rumors of some audience-participation line dancing mixed in!
2. What line dances will be taught, when & by whom?
• Great question & will keep you updated with as much detail as possible! World-famous line dance performers & choreographers will be present again as well as several local instructors!!
• Specific dance / level info will be available closer to the event.
3. Cost: **There will be a WORKSHOP pass to attend workshops only, under $100 I think!** Usually available at the door & will include all line dance workshops (& all partner dance workshops – no partner needed!) It will also include access to the DEDICATED PRACTICE ROOM FOR LINE DANCING AVAILABLE ALL DAY & EVENING THRU THE WEEKEND.
4. What is the Line Dance Practice Room like? Carpeted =/. Dance socks DO help & will be available!
5. What else can I do in between line dance workshops?
Lone Star is a years-long EXCELLENT couples workshop event, so taking those couples workshops would be a GREAT experience. Super amazing awarded master-level instructors, you don’t need a partner, AND your workshop pass lets you in for free!
