Join us for a Saturday afternoon of sober fun: dancing, meditating and mixing.
Whether you’re sober or sober curious, come along for booze-free fun, connection and friendship.
Join us alone or with other pals – either way we’ll make sure you get involved so don’t be nervous.
NEED TO KNOW:
When: Saturday 30th March, 12pm-2.30pm
Where: Lift Dance Studio, Angel
12pm - Arrival
12.15 - 1.15pm - 1 hour of diva sweating, easy-to-follow dancing led by celebrity Choreographer AJ O'Neill.
1.15 - 1.45pm - 30 minutes of taking those endorphins and locking them in with a meditation and relaxation guided by AJ using elements of mindfulness, visualisation and acknowledging our own connection, worth and ability to find peace within ourselves without outside stimuli.
1.45 - 2.30pm - 45 minutes of mixing so that you can chat to your fellow alcohol-free sisters.
What to wear - Gym kit/comfy clothes- something you can move in!
What to bring - Water, yoga mat, or towel – something to lie on for the meditation.
