About this Event
Welcome to our casual social meet up/Picnic at St James Park :)
Hopefully we will be in the sunshine by a tree in St James park directly opposite the 'King George VI & Queen Elizabeth , The Queen Mother Memorial' statue (search for it on Google Maps). Find the group with the soft Mushroom toy on it (Toad from Mario!). If it rains, then we'll go to a nearby pub/bar but hopefully it will be fine :)
Bring something to sit on and whatever you like (fruits, drinks, snacks etc) or nothing at all, no pressure :)
If you play a musical instrument, then please feel free to bring it! Also, we would really appreciate it if you could purchase a ticket for whatever amount to cover some of the 'Meet-up' group fees and admin fees that keeps these meet ups running :)
This is an opportunity to share experiences, meet like-minded people, and hopefully feel like part of a friendly and progressive community.
