All arrangement details have been sent out to all contest secretaries for bands that have entered this years contest.
PLEASE NOTE
There is specific information that the Regional Secretary requires from each band entered in order to comply with the new safeguarding policies.
Secretaries from each band are required to submit the requested details by Saturday, 7th February 2026.
Therefore please read the information issued and reply asap.
