SoulShine Power yoga is welcoming back Benj Spound (Vermont Holistic Bodywork) and Maria Carvalho Sandoval (Fire Bird Healing) for another sacred ceremony of Hawaiian Breathwork. This breathing practice is simple, ancient and life-changing. They will be serving you herbal tea and guiding a heart-beat drum meditation, followed by the Lomi Ha Breathwork journey.
'Lomi' (or Lomi Lomi) encompasses many lineages of healing from Hawaii, of which they are initiated into several. 'Ha' means 'breath of life' in Hawaiian - it is the sound made when exhaling during the Breathwork & it is the end of the word 'Aloha'.
During the journey Maria and Benj will offer hands on bodywork as well as energy healing. They will be holding a clear and safe space for you to release, receive and replenish your Spirit. There will be a crystal singing bowl sound bath at the end, then watercolor painting and snacks to promote grounding and integration.
This type of Breathwork changes peoples lives in a myriad of ways.
