We are gathering for another sacred ceremony of Hawaiian Breathwork. This breathing practice is simple, ancient & life-changing. Maria will be serving you herbal tea & guiding a heart-beat drum meditation, followed by the Lomi Ha Breathwork journey.'Lomi' (or Lomi Lomi) means 'to make soft' & encompasses many lineages of healing from Hawaii. 'Ha' means 'breath of life' in Hawaiian - it is the sound we make when we exhale during the Breathwork & it is the end of the word 'Aloha'.
Lomi Ha Breathwork changes peoples lives in a myriad of ways. It allows you to go to your edges & break free, expand lung capacity, release buried trauma & emotions, let go of patterns that hold you back, access incredible amounts of energy & vitality, connect with ancestors & guides, heal anxiety, channel your Soul song & find more direction for your life's purpose. During the journey Maria will offer hands on bodywork as well as energy healing. She will be holding a clear & safe space for you to release, receive & replenish your Spirit. There will be a crystal singing bowl sound bath at the end, then watercolor painting & snacks.
