- Novice (no experience or beginners) 7/7 12:30 PM and 8/18* 2:30 PM
- Aerialists (experience in pole, lyra, silks, trapeze, or the like) 7/7 1:45 PM and 8/18* 3:45 PM
For the later, a background in aerial gives you a great head start as your current skills will translate to this new apparatus, however, you do not need to be advanced in your discipline as this workshop is scaled to the participants' levels.
Wear comfy but form-fitting clothing. Both shorts or leggings are appropriate, but avoid super slick leggings. Our Lollipop is powder-coated (not taped like the Lyras), so skin contact on arms and legs is preferred by most. "Grippy" leggings are also an option and available for sale at the studio. Please refrain from wearing any lotion or body oils before class. You will also be required to remove any hand or wrist jewelry at minimum or cover with tape/bandage if not removeable.
No experience necessary. All genders welcome. This is a teen/adult class. (Youth? Please call first.)
