This is a beginner level workshop to teach you both on and off body tricks. Additionally, you’ll learn how to flow all these tricks together into a sequence to perform! No hoop? No problem! We have an array of hoops in different sizes, materials, and colors for you to use during the workshop as well as options to purchase your own.
Wear comfy clothes but nothing too baggy. Both shorts and leggings are appropriate, but avoid super slick leggings. "Grippy" leggings are also an option and available for sale at the studio.
No experience necessary. All genders welcome. This is a teen/adult class. (Youth? Please call first.)
